The Lowe group (“Lowe Group”) consists of the parent company, Lowe Rental Ltd (a private limited company with registered company number NI058627 and registered office address at 9 Lissue Walk, Lisburn, Northern Ireland, BT28 2LU) together with the following subsidiaries (as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006), divisions, affiliates and related companies or branches based in the UK:
This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the Lowe Group so when we mention “the Lowe Group”, "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Lowe Group responsible for processing your data.
This privacy policy applies to all of those subsidiaries and affiliated companies, irrespective of location or jurisdiction. In particular, each subsidiary of Lowe Rental Ltd is considered to be a data controller in its own right.
What data we collect
